Often as we enter a new year, we’re thinking about what we want to create... what goals, dreams, and aspirations we want to focus on or work towards this year.  There’s something about the calendar turning over that gets us dreaming again… 

 

But too often, these new creative projects and goals can be derailed by perfectionism.  And so we stop before we even begin… or we start and then beat ourselves up for not being perfect from the get-go.  

 

That’s why it’s so important to approach these new beginnings with a healthy mindset ~ this is where the concept of the Beginner’s Mind comes into play…
